“ I stop in a few times a month for a quick dinner. The staff is always really nice and quick to bring you anything you ask for. Couldnt ask for better servers! The food is good too. Enchiladas Verdes is my go to, but I do the crispy tacos with fajita beef a lot too! The food would be awesome with just a bit more spice to it. Lots of parking for the big work truck even when they a busy. ”

You will find a plethora of tasty offerings in healthy portions with excellent service. We had puffy tacos with charro beans and the bistek with refried beans that reminded us of growing up in San Antonio. Nicely decorated place. Marble tabletops were a nice touch. And a drive thru if youre in a hurry! ”

“ Lampasas is limited with breakfast options. We picked El Rodeo Mexican. Often I can get a good breakfast at a local Mexican restaurant. I consider myself an omelette an expert. I have never had a better omelette. I ordered the sausage, cheese and pico de gallo. It was served with a green sauce in a separate bowl. Generally I prefer a red sauce, but the green sauce made this omelette perfect. There are several choices for sides biscuits, toast, hash browns, home fries, refried beans. I had the beans. They also do house made flour tortillas. ”
